Crestbridge granted new fund administration licence by the Central Bank of Bahrain

Crestbridge has been granted a new fund administration licence by the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), to continue its fund administration work in the region.

To accommodate its future growth plans, Crestbridge has also restructured its Bahrain business, separating its trustee and fund administration businesses into separate, focused business units, named Crestbridge Bahrain BSC and Crestbridge Funds Services W.L.L. respectively.

Crestbridge has administered funds and provided administration and operational governance services in Bahrain for 17 years.

It offers fund administration and governance services to investment banks, asset managers, private equity firms, real estate investment firms and ultra high-net-worth individual family offices in the Middle Eastern region.

Crestbridge also administers a wide range of conventional and Shari’a-compliant structures for Gulf Cooperation Council-based clients.

Bashar Bazian, managing director, Bahrain says: “We work with passionate, knowledgeable people who deliver first-class results and focus on the best outcomes as well as bespoke solutions for our clients. We look forward to continuing to build this hub of expertise in Bahrain. We thank our clients for their continued support and look forward to the future with them in this exciting market.”
